He spent over 22 years at Goldman Sachs, holding various roles in Hong Kong, Tokyo and Singapore. Fred headed Asia Pacific Prime Brokerage, Futures, Electronic Trading and Synthetic Products before assuming responsibility for the firm’s overall Equities and FICC franchises in Southeast Asia.

A native New Yorker, Peter has a 30-year career in financial markets and listed derivatives. He is a fluent Japanese speaker/reader/writer who has earned peerless credibility with investors, intermediaries, and regulators in Japan and globally.
Peter entered finance in 1988 as a bond salesman at Bankers Trust, Tokyo, covering Japanese and Asian clients. He advanced to MD country head and Asia Pacific regional head roles at JP Morgan, BAML, and Citi, where he covered senior clients, drove strategic pitches, and hired and led teams as a selling manager. His markets knowledge is comprehensive across products and asset classes.
Peter is Senior Director, Japan and Japan/Asia marketer for Medley Global Advisors, the exclusive deep-sourced market research firm that covers monetary policy, macroeconomics, domestic politics and geopolitics for G10 and emerging nations from its locations in New York, London, and Asia.

Daniel Heyler is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Heyler Capital which manages a global technology portfolio and invests directly in private companies and crypto-assets.

He is currently CFO at Blade, a cloud computing provider based in Paris.

Alan has over twenty-six years of experience in financial markets with specific expertise in derivatives, market making, risk management and managing trading operations.
Alan joined Timber Hill as an options trader in 1994 and moved to Hong Kong in 1996 to help build the Asian trading business. He oversaw proprietary trading for the Asian region, including Hong Kong, Australia, Japan, India, Taiwan and Korea and supervised the execution of client business in Australia.
He served in senior management as a director of Interactive Brokers Hong Kong and as a director of Timber Hill Australia.
Alan has been a member of stocks and futures exchanges in the United States, Hong Kong and Australia.

Over thirty years of finance experience. Tony has a unique global track record in building, growing and exiting global brokers and alternative exchanges having successfully sold businesses to market incumbents such as Nomura, NASDAQ & BATS.
Tony joined Instinet in 1995 to build their global business. Instinet sold its US ATS division for $1.5b to NASDAQ in 2005. In 2007 Tony became the founding CEO/Chairman of Chi-X Europe, an alternative securities market that within three years had become the biggest trading venue in Europe. Chi-X Europe was bought by a US exchange, BATS, in 2011.
Following on from Chi-X Europe, Tony was CEO of Chi-X Global which launched new electronic financial markets in Canada, Australia and Japan and was sold to NASDAQ and JC Flowers in 2016 (combined exit for Chi-X was > US$600mn).
